Khristine Gilson-Baker has been part of the Montessori Learning Center family for 3.5 years, wearing more hats than we can count — teaching math, art, and science, leading agility training, and supporting our language arts team along the way. She's now channeling that same energy into a new role as the office's resident superhero, streamlining processes and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. What lights Khristine up most is watching students build critical thinking skills and a strong sense of self — whether they're deep in an academic lesson, creating art, or moving their bodies to develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and self-love. She believes learning happens best when the whole child is nurtured, not just the mind.
